Director of Catering
Milton Sarmiento majored in marketing at Montclair State University where he received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He was a senior banquet manager for the Hilton Corporation and Starwood Hotels as well as an international concierge for Continental Airlines before joining Top Of The Square Catering as the director of catering.
Milton has helped others significantly improve their skills in the workplace since becoming a part of over 13 years ago. His favorite part about his job is working as a team and being able to use his creativity in menu selection and event planning.
Milton enjoys traveling, and he loves to read in his free time.
Peter Bove is a chef at heart. He is very passionate about food, whether it is cooking, talking with local farmers, wandering the market or testing the newest culinary tools.
Chef Peter is a culinary leader with an entrepreneurial spirit. His passion is creating an award-winning culinary experience within a disciplined kitchen environment. Chef Peter has developed naturally into Top Of The Square Catering’s leading culinary authority and has spent several astonishing evenings with guests preparing six-course meals full of twists and delights. Chef Peter has received many accolades, including ARAMARK’s 2007 Higher Education Chef of the Year.
Chef Peter’s culinary knowledge has helped cultivate Top Of The Square Catering’s devoted client base. Whether serving students with his homemade cooking or impressing distinguished guests such as President Bill Clinton, Queen Rania of Jordan, Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and others, Chef Peter expresses a distinct ingenuity and sophistication in presentation.
