Chef Peter Bove continues to dazzle the Washington
Square community as Top of the Square’s Executive
Chef. Peter joined Top of the Square in 2003 and
has spent the past three years demonstrating his
extraordinary culinary skills for NYU administrators,
faculty, staff, students and high profile university
alumni and guests.
Prior to joining us Peter worked at several of New York City’s top Fortune 500 corporations, including Merrill Lynch, CBS Corporation and Solomon Smith Barney. He has prepared exquisite meals for events up to 3,500 guests while overseeing a culinary brigade of 50 chefs. He was also the chef owner of P & B catering where he first earned his reputation for culinary flair, quality and excellence. |
